About these calculators.
Are these calculators up to date for 2026–27?
Yes. They use the ATO rates and thresholds for 2026–27 (the year that started 1 July 2026) and 2025–26, including the 15% rate for income between $18,201 and $45,000, the 12% super guarantee, the $32,500 concessional cap, the new annual maximum contribution base and the indexed HELP repayment thresholds. We update them when the ATO publishes changes, and each page lists its sources.
Are the results exact?
The arithmetic is exact for the inputs you give, but every calculator simplifies: most offsets, reportable fringe benefits and other income are left out, and PAYG withholding during the year will differ from the annual tax. Treat the results as a close estimate for planning, not as your assessment.
Is this tax advice?
No. The calculators and the explanations around them are general information. They don't take your circumstances into account. For advice on your position, book a call — we're registered tax agents and can act for you anywhere in Australia.
Do you store what I enter?
No. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to our server or to anyone else. If you use the 'copy link' button on the pay calculator, the figures are placed in the link you copy and nowhere else.
Can I use these for employees in my business?
Yes — the pay and super calculators are useful for quoting a package or checking what a payroll system should produce. For actual payroll you need the ATO withholding schedules, which your software applies; our payroll service sets that up.
