Our office is in Shepparton North, a short drive from the Shepparton CBD. Meetings are by appointment so we can have your file ready.
We don't run a walk-in counter, so please book before you come — it means the accountant you're seeing has your file ready and time set aside. Most clients never need to visit at all: everything can be done by phone, video and our secure online forms.

What happens after you get in touch
- We reply within one business day — usually the same day — and ask a couple of questions so we understand what you need.
- We suggest a free 15-minute call if it would help, or quote straight away for simple jobs.
- You get a fixed fee in writing. Nothing starts until you've agreed it. How our fees work.
- You sign up online through our secure onboarding form — the only place we ask for your tax file number or ID.
