01 — What's included

Payroll, end to end.

From the pay run itself to the reporting that sits behind it.

Regular pay runs

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay runs processed accurately, with payslips issued to your staff each cycle.

Single Touch Payroll (STP)

Every pay reported to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll — wages, PAYG withholding, qualifying earnings and super liability.

Super under Payday Super

Super calculated on every pay so it can reach each employee's fund within 7 business days of payday, as Payday Super has required since 1 July 2026.

Leave accruals & entitlements

Annual, personal and long-service leave accrued and tracked each pay.

Award & pay-rate interpretation

We help you apply the award and classification that cover your staff, based on the information you give us, and keep pay rates updated as they change.

PAYG withholding & new-employee setup

Tax withheld and income statements reported through STP, plus onboarding of new staff — TFN declaration and super choice.

02 — Who it's for

For employers who want payroll done properly.

One employee or fifty — PAYG withholding, super and STP reporting apply either way.

  • Employers who want payroll run compliantly and accurately, without doing it themselves.
  • Businesses hiring their first employee and unsure how to set payroll up properly.
  • Owners unsure what Payday Super and Single Touch Payroll now require of them.
  • Anyone who has fallen behind on super and wants to put it right.
03 — How it works

Every pay cycle, handled.

You approve; we do the rest.

  1. 1

Set up or review your payroll

We set up — or review and tidy — your payroll in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, with the awards, pay rates and STP settings your staff need.

  2. 2

    We run each pay cycle

Each period we process the pay run and report it to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll.

  3. 3

    Super calculated & paid

Super is calculated on every pay and paid so it reaches each fund within the Payday Super deadline.

  4. 4

    You approve, everyone's paid

You give the go-ahead, staff receive their payslips, and the ATO and super funds are reported and paid.

Payday Super is now in force. Since 1 July 2026, super must be paid with every pay and reach each employee's fund within 7 business days of payday (longer for a new employee's first contribution). If your payroll still runs on quarterly super, talk to us about bringing it into line.

04 — FAQ

Payroll & super — your questions.

What is Single Touch Payroll (STP)?

Single Touch Payroll is the ATO's digital reporting system: every time you run a pay, the wages, tax withheld and super information are reported to the ATO from your payroll software. Since 1 July 2026 each report also includes qualifying earnings and super liability. We set it up and report your pay runs for you.

How often is super paid under Payday Super?

Since 1 July 2026, Payday Super applies: super guarantee — 12% of an employee's qualifying earnings — is paid with every pay rather than quarterly, and it must reach the employee's super fund within 7 business days of payday (20 business days for the first contribution for a new employee). We calculate super on every pay run, report it through Single Touch Payroll and help you pay it on time.

Can you interpret awards and pay rates?

We help you apply the modern award, classification and pay rates that cover your staff, based on the information you provide, and keep rates updated when they change. Awards can be complex — for difficult questions we point you to the Fair Work Ombudsman's tools or a workplace relations adviser. As the employer, you remain responsible for paying staff correctly.

What happens if I'm behind on super?

Unpaid or late super should be fixed promptly. For paydays from 1 July 2026 the ATO assesses the super guarantee charge — the shortfall plus daily interest and an administrative uplift — so paying the fund, or making a voluntary disclosure, early keeps the charge down. For quarters up to 30 June 2026 the earlier rules still apply. We work out what's owed, prepare any statement or disclosure that's needed, and help you set up a more reliable process.

Do you handle new employee setup?

Yes. We onboard new staff in your payroll system — collecting TFN declaration and super choice details, setting their award classification and pay rate, and making sure they appear correctly in STP from their first pay. It's one less thing for you to chase when you're hiring.
