Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your situation and explain how we can help — if you'd like to go ahead, we agree a clear, fixed fee with you before any work starts.
How quickly will you confirm my booking?
We aim to confirm by phone or email within one business day. If it's urgent, call 0466 666 598 or message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to speak sooner.
Can I book a call outside business hours?
Yes. We work by appointment, Monday to Friday and after hours, so choose “After hours / evening” and we'll find a time that fits around your work.
What should I have ready for the call?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of what you need help with is enough. Please don't send your tax file number, ID or bank details through this form, email or WhatsApp — if we need them later, we collect them through a secure, encrypted link.
Do I need to be in Shepparton to work with you?
No. We're based in Shepparton North, Victoria, and look after clients right across Australia by phone, email and video. In-person meetings are by appointment only.
